AI receptionist

Answers the calls you miss.

It answers your missed and after-hours calls with your own facts, takes the job details, books the visit on your calendar, and texts and emails you the lead.

From $1,000 a month

Plus a one-time setup; 1,000 minutes a month included.

What it does

A missed call comes back to you as a lead.

  • Answers when you can’t

The calls nobody picks up after a set number of rings during the day, and every call after hours. It answers with your own facts.

  • Takes the job details

The caller’s name, the job, the address and a callback number.

  • Books the estimate

    Straight onto your Google calendar.

  • Sends you the lead

A text and an email for every lead. You also get the recording and the transcript of each call.

How it works

Set up on your line, tested, then improved.

  1. Your carrier forwards the calls you miss

We set up conditional forwarding on your business line. Calls you pick up stay yours. The ones you miss go to the receptionist.

  2. We teach it your business

Your services, your area and the details callers ask about, taken from your own site and your own answers.

  3. We test it before your calls reach it

Practice calls first, so the first real caller is not the test.

  4. It gets better from real calls

We review the calls and improve its instructions over time.

The receptionist math

Every call, day and night, for about half of one hire.

A receptionist in the Cincinnati area earns a median $35,250 a year (BLS, May 2025), about $47,600 to $51,300 once payroll taxes and benefits are in, and covers about 1,872 of the year's 8,760 hours. Core answers every call, day and night, for $22,200 a year: less than half the cost of that one hire.

Core is the plan that answers every call, day and night, at the first ring.

Core also has a one-time setup of $2,500 and a 6-month minimum. It includes 2,000 minutes of calls a month, and extra minutes cost $0.80 each.
